Her journey began with retail and hospitality ownership—including hotels, golf courses, liquor stores, and investment properties—and evolved into a thriving real estate career spanning residential, commercial, and luxury markets. Sheetal has managed and advised on investments in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and beyond, offering clients proven experience across various regions and asset types.

A Story Built on Partnership
Sheetal Patel’s story is rooted in love, partnership, and shared ambition. Born between two worlds, India and America, her path to entrepreneurship began long before real estate. While working double shifts at a local casino and balancing motherhood, Sheetal was already building the discipline and resilience that would shape her future.
When Mihir opened their first small-town shop, the two worked side by side with a shared vision of creating a better life for their family. Their days were long, often stretching 18 hours, but their commitment to each other and their future never wavered.
Together, they grew their first business to three times its original size. That early success became the foundation for the business legacy Sheetal continues to build today.
From Hospitality to Real Estate
Through Mihir’s growing connections in the hotel industry, Sheetal was introduced to the world that would eventually become her professional focus: hospitality and commercial real estate.
In 2017, she earned her real estate license, marking the next chapter in a journey built through business, sacrifice, and shared dreams. Her background gave her a unique advantage. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, and English, Sheetal used her cultural fluency and community relationships as strengths.
More than anything, she brought perseverance to the table. It was the same perseverance she and Mihir had relied on for years while building from the ground up.
Reshaping Commercial Real Estate
In the male-dominated world of commercial real estate, especially hotel and hospitality sales, Sheetal did more than enter the industry. She excelled.
Today, she does not just broker hotel deals. She owns them. Her work reflects the kind of courage, discipline, and long-term thinking required to build something meaningful in a competitive space.
In 2020, Sheetal faced an unimaginable loss when Mihir, her partner in life and business, passed away. Together, they had built from almost nothing with a vision of creating generational wealth. Rather than letting grief stop that mission, Sheetal carried it forward with strength and purpose.
Carrying the Legacy Forward
Sheetal continues to build the life she and Mihir imagined together. Every step forward honors the work, sacrifice, and dreams they shared.
While her business accomplishments are significant, her greatest legacy is her family. She and Mihir raised four children who are each carving their own paths of excellence, including daughters who have served through the United States Naval Academy and the Air Force.
